Method

Step 1: Mix eggs and sugar. Sift remaining dry ingredients together.
Step 2: Add oil and dry ingredients alternately with pumpkin.
Step 3: Add vanilla and fold in nuts.
Step 4: Grease 5 (1 lb.) coffee cans and fill each about half full.
Step 5: Bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes.
