What we changed or couldn’t read (3)
  • No location printed.
  • Ingredient columns were jumbled in the scan ('peanut butter melted', '1 teaspoon vanilla chips'); 'melted' belongs to the butter and 'chips' to the chocolate.
  • Paraffin wax was a common candy coating then; it is no longer recommended as food — use chocolate alone or a little shortening instead.
