Ozark Pudding

Name: Ozark Pudding
Ingredients: 1 egg; ¾ cup sugar; 2 Tbsp. flour; 1½ tsp. baking powder; 1/8 tsp. salt; ½ cup raw apples or pears; ½ cup chopped pecans; 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

Step 1: Beat egg and sugar together until smooth.
Step 2: Sift flour, baking powder and salt together and add to the egg mixture.
Step 3: Add apples, pecans and vanilla.
Step 4: Bake in a greased tin at 350°F for 30 minutes.
