Name: Delicious Cranberry Salad
Ingredients: 2 pkgs. cherry gelatin (Jell-O); 2 cups hot water; ½ cup cold water; 1 cup pineapple juice; 1 cup sugar; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1 cup ground cranberries; 1 whole orange, ground; 1 cup crushed pineapple; 1 cup chopped celery; ½ cup chopped nuts

Step 1: Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, then add the cold water.

Step 2: Add the pineapple juice, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.

Step 3: Add the remaining ingredients in the order given.

Step 4: Chill until firm.
