Step 1: Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, cream together eggs and sugar. Add the flour mixture.
Step 3: Add oil, nuts and pumpkin.
Step 4: Bake in a tube pan at 350°F for 1 hour.
Step 5: For the frosting, cream all frosting ingredients together well.
