Step 1: Melt the Milky Way bars with 1 stick of oleo; set aside until the end.
Step 2: In a large bowl, cream sugar and the remaining oleo. Add eggs.
Step 3: Mix soda into the buttermilk, then add the buttermilk mixture alternately with the flour.
Step 4: Add the melted Milky Way mixture and the pecans.
Step 5: Bake in a tube pan at 325°F for 1 hour 10 minutes.
Step 6: For the icing, cook sugar and evaporated milk to the soft-ball stage.
Step 7: Add chocolate chips and oleo and stir until melted.

- Marshmallow cream is listed in the icing but never used in the method (probably stirred in with the chocolate chips).
