Method

Step 1: Crush the vanilla wafers and place half in a square pan.
Step 2: Cream butter and sugar, then beat in the eggs.
Step 3: Whip the cream; fold in the drained pineapple and nuts.
Step 4: Place the remaining crushed wafers on top.
Step 5: Refrigerate overnight.
