2 (3 oz.) boxesstrawberry gelatin
1½ cupsboiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs.frozen strawberries, unthawed
2 to 3bananas, mashed
1 (20 oz.) cancrushed pineapple, drained
1 cupchopped nuts
1 cupsour cream, or whipping cream, whipped

Method

Step 1: Mix gelatin and boiling water until dissolved.
Step 2: Add frozen strawberries and stir until thick.
Step 3: Add bananas, pineapple and nuts.
Step 4: Pour half the mixture into a 13×9×2-inch pan and refrigerate until set.
Step 5: Spread with sour cream or whipped cream, then cover with the remaining gelatin mixture.
Step 6: Refrigerate.
