Name: Pecan Spread
Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened; 2 Tbsp. milk; 1 (2½ oz.) jar sliced dried beef; ¼ cup finely chopped green pepper (optional); 2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes; ½ tsp. garlic salt; ¼ tsp. pepper; ½ cup sour cream; ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans; 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine; ½ tsp. salt

Step 1: Combine cream cheese and milk until well blended.

Step 2: Stir in dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes and seasonings; mix well.

Step 3: Fold in sour cream and spoon into an 8-inch pie plate.

Step 4: Heat and crisp pecans in melted butter with the salt; sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.

Step 5: Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
